Coconut Flour Flatbread

This Coconut Flour Flatbread recipe is perfect for those following a low-carb, Paleo, vegan, or low-calorie diet. Its easy to make and can be used as a versatile base for various toppings or fillings.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, almond milk, olive oil, baking powder, and salt

Mix until a dough forms

Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a ball

Place a ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin flatbread

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat

Carefully transfer the flatbread to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned and cooked through

Repeat with the remaining ball of dough
