Country-Style Grilled Ribs

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub
Rub the dry rub generously over the country-style ribs, covering all sides
In a separate bowl, combine barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar to create the basting sauce
Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes on each side, basting with the sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking on each side
Continue grilling until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 145F 63C and have a caramelized crust
Remove from the grill and let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving
Serve the Country-Style Grilled Ribs with additional barbecue sauce on the side
