Homemade Beef Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping
Instructions:
Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Thoroughly mix the ingredients together until they are well blended
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
For medium-rare, cook the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill or pan
You can change the cooking time to suit your taste
You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are just barely browned
Put your burgers together by putting lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings on the toasted bun first, then the cooked burger patty
