Low Carb Keto BBQ Sauce

This low carb and keto-friendly BBQ sauce recipe delivers all the flavors of traditional BBQ sauce without the excess sugar and carbs. Its tangy, smoky, and perfect for marinating or dipping your favorite meats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low

Let the sauce cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed

Once done, remove from heat and let it cool before serving
