  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:

Mix soy sauce, olive oil, ground ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl with a whisk

Put the pork loin cubes in a bag with a zipper top and pour the marinade over them

Place the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Put the pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, red onion, and marinated pork cubes on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other

Put the pork kabobs on a grill that has already been heated up

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over once or twice, or until the pork is cooked all the way through and has nice grill marks

Hot pork kabobs can be served over rice or with your favorite dipping sauce

Have fun with your tasty pork kabobs
