Pork Kabobs Recipe
These Pork Kabobs are a perfect blend of savory and sweet, with tender pork, juicy pineapple, and colorful vegetables. They are marinated to perfection and grilled for a delightful summer dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, ground ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl with a whisk
Put the pork loin cubes in a bag with a zipper top and pour the marinade over them
Place the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put the pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, red onion, and marinated pork cubes on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other
Put the pork kabobs on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over once or twice, or until the pork is cooked all the way through and has nice grill marks
Hot pork kabobs can be served over rice or with your favorite dipping sauce
